(01)What exactly does an AI development agency build?
Context Studios builds custom software with artificial intelligence at its core: AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems for company knowledge, automation workflows, computer vision applications and AI features for existing products. This always includes interfaces, data connections, testing and stable operation.
(02)How does a development agency differ from an AI consultancy?
An AI consultancy analyses potential and develops strategies, but usually does not deliver finished software. A development agency turns the strategy into working products. Context Studios combines both: we advise on use cases and priorities and then implement the solution ourselves, without losses in the handover between consulting and development.
(03)Which programming languages and frameworks do you use?
Our core stack includes Python for backend and AI logic, TypeScript and Next.js for modern web applications, and Convex and LangGraph for real-time backends and AI orchestration. The choice always depends on your requirements and existing infrastructure; we are not tied to a single stack.
(04)Do I receive the source code when the project ends?
Yes. You receive the complete source code including all AI configurations, prompt templates, deployment scripts and technical documentation, as well as the exclusive rights of use under section 5 of our terms. There are no lock-in clauses, so you can develop the software further internally or with other partners.
(05)How is code quality ensured?
We rely on automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests, continuous integration via CI/CD pipelines, code reviews and static code analysis. In addition, we evaluate the quality of AI answers with test datasets from your use case, so that improvements and regressions become measurable.
(06)Can you integrate AI into our existing software?
Yes, that is one of our focus areas. We analyse your current architecture, identify suitable integration points and develop interfaces that fit into your system, for example via REST or GraphQL APIs, webhooks or connectors to ERP and CRM systems. Existing processes remain stable throughout.
(07)How do you handle sensitive company data?
Data protection is part of every architecture: we work in encrypted environments, sign a confidentiality agreement on request and use European hosting. Where necessary, we develop directly in your cloud environment so that sensitive data does not leave your infrastructure. Our processes are documented in a GDPR-compliant way.
(08)What happens if an AI model does not deliver the desired results?
That is a normal part of AI development. That is why we start with a proof of concept that checks feasibility early. If quality falls short, we systematically test alternatives, improve prompts and data preparation or switch to a better-suited model, and tell you openly if a goal cannot be reached.
(09)Do you offer maintenance and further development after launch?
Yes. From final delivery, 30 days of free bug fixing apply. Beyond that, we offer maintenance and further development by agreement, such as model updates, monitoring of answer quality, bug fixing and new features. We agree the scope and terms together with you.
(10)How quickly can a project start?
After a free 30-minute initial call and scoping, you receive a written proposal with scope, schedule and a fixed price. The project can usually start a few weeks after the order is placed; we state the concrete date in the proposal. For urgent projects we can often find an earlier start.
