(01)What exactly is included in an MVP Sprint?
An MVP Sprint includes everything you need to launch: requirements analysis and feature prioritization, database design and setup, user authentication and authorization, core feature development, responsive UI/UX design, deployment to production environment, and 30 days of free bug fixing from final delivery. You receive a fully functional, production-ready application built with modern technologies like Next.js, Convex, and Vercel.
(02)How do you decide what features to include?
We follow a rigorous prioritization process in the Discovery phase. Together with you, we identify the absolute core features that define your MVP's value proposition. We use the MoSCoW method (Must-have, Should-have, Could-have, Won't-have) to separate essential features from nice-to-haves. The goal is to build the minimum set of features that allows real users to test your core hypothesis. Additional features can be added after launch based on user feedback.
(03)What if we need changes during the sprint?
We build in flexibility with weekly check-ins and demos. Minor adjustments to existing features can typically be accommodated without impacting the timeline. However, adding new features or major scope changes will be evaluated for their impact on the planned timeframe of about four weeks and the budget. We're transparent about what's possible and will always find the best solution to meet your core objectives while maintaining quality.
(04)Is the MVP production-ready or just a prototype?
Your MVP is fully production-ready, not a prototype. It includes secure authentication, proper database architecture, error handling, responsive design, and professional hosting infrastructure. You can immediately launch to real users and start collecting feedback. The code is clean, documented, and built on a scalable foundation, so you can continue building on it as your product grows. It's real software, not a demo.
(05)What happens after the MVP is delivered?
Upon full payment you receive the exclusive rights of use to the project code (Terms and Conditions, section 5). We fix bugs you report within 30 days of final delivery at no cost. After that, you can continue with us in the Build & Support format, take the codebase in-house or hand it to another team. In Build & Support, further development runs in stages, with a demo after each stage. We provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to enable whatever path works best for you.
(06)How much does an MVP Sprint cost?
An MVP Sprint runs at a fixed price that we set after scoping, depending on complexity and feature scope. It covers development, design, deployment, documentation and 30 days of free bug fixing from final delivery. After an initial call, you receive the quote within 48 hours.
(07)How quickly can we start?
We can typically begin within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Founder Michael Kerkhoff leads the sprint and brings in experienced freelancers and specialists as needed, so the focus is on your most critical features from day one.
(08)Can I choose my own tech stack?
Absolutely! We work with modern frameworks like React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and more. We'll recommend the best stack based on your needs, but the final decision is yours.
