(01)How long does it take to build an MVP?
The goal of our MVP Sprint is a first working product in about four weeks. For more complex projects, timelines vary with scope, but we always provide clear estimates upfront. As a rough guide: a simple landing page usually takes about a week, a full SaaS platform more like 8–12 weeks.
(02)How do you set your prices?
We price projects as a fixed price after scoping, with a proposal within 48 hours. That way you pay for exactly the scope your project needs instead of a package that doesn’t fit. Only our three workshop formats have fixed list prices.
(03)How do we get started?

(04)Do you also develop mobile apps?
Yes! We develop cross-platform apps with React Native for iOS and Android from a single codebase, which avoids duplicate work and makes maintenance easier. Typical development time: 8–16 weeks. Includes App Store and Play Store submission, over-the-air updates and ongoing maintenance. We check the review guidelines before submitting, because according to Apple it rejected more than 2 million of over 9.1 million submissions in 2025. For apps with maximum performance requirements, we also offer native Swift/Kotlin development.

(01)What is the free AI Assessment?
The AI Assessment is a 30-minute consultation where we analyze your project and identify concrete AI opportunities. You'll get an honest evaluation of which AI solutions make sense for your business and a rough implementation roadmap. Completely free and no commitment required.
(02)What does the AI Workshop include?
Our AI Strategy & Prototyping Workshop offers three formats at fixed prices (net): Light Discovery (½ day remote, €1,500), Strategy Day (1 day, €2,500), Prototyping Sprint (2 days onsite, €4,500). You get: Top 3 use cases with ROI matrix, 1-2 clickable prototypes, 30/60/90-day plan with owners. We work with Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
(03)Which engagement formats do you offer?
Every service comes in one of four formats: Workshop (½–2 days, three fixed prices) for orientation and an assessed list of your initiatives. Setup (1–2 weeks) for a clearly scoped system we hand over ready to use. Sprint (about 4 weeks) for a concrete project that is meant to end with something that runs. Build & Support for expansion and ongoing operation. Setup, Sprint and Build are priced individually after scoping. (04)What does AI-native development mean?
AI-native means we don’t just add AI as a feature—we integrate it into the architecture from the start. We use current models (Gemini, GPT, Claude) and develop considerably faster with AI assistance ourselves – a target we measure together in the project: up to 5–10× faster than traditional development. The result: future-proof products that put AI to good use.

We use modern, production-ready technologies: Next.js 16, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Convex/Supabase for databases, Clerk for authentication, and the latest AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini). We choose the best tools for your specific needs and always prioritize maintainability and scalability.
(06)What's your development process?
We follow an agile approach with regular check-ins. You’ll see progress throughout development, provide feedback, and have full visibility into the process. We use AI-assisted development to move considerably faster without sacrificing quality – a target we measure together in the project: up to 5–10× faster than traditional development. You’ll get weekly demos and daily Slack updates during development.
(07)What's included in post-launch support?
We fix bugs you report within 30 days of final delivery at no cost, as set out in our terms (clause 7.4). After that, we offer ongoing maintenance packages at the agreed monthly price for continued development and support. The scope is set out in the contract.
(08)Who owns the code and IP?
Once paid in full, you receive the exclusive, unrestricted and transferable right to use the code written specifically for your project and all deliverables (terms, clause 5). You're free to modify, extend or have other developers continue the work. General tools and building blocks we use independently of your project remain ours; you receive a simple right to use them as far as needed for the deliverables.
(09)What are the payment terms?
For MVP Sprints: 50% upfront to start development, 50% upon completion and deployment. For larger projects, we offer milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfers (invoice-based). No hidden fees—the quoted price is the final price.
(10)What if my requirements change mid-project?
Minor adjustments are included and expected. For significant scope changes, we'll discuss the impact on timeline and budget transparently. We're flexible and want to build what you actually need—not just what we agreed to initially. Clear communication is key.
(11)Who will work on my project?
Your project is led by our founder, an AI context engineer with strong sales and project management expertise. For larger projects, we bring in specialized contractors (designers, mobile developers) as needed. You'll have a single point of contact throughout the project—no getting passed around between team members.
(12)What makes you different from other providers?
Three things: (1) Speed through AI-accelerated development – a target we measure together in the project: up to 5–10× faster than traditional development, (2) You work directly with the founder—no back-and-forth between team members, (3) Transparent pricing: scope, dates and price are set out in writing in the proposal before the project starts. (13)What happens after the MVP is launched?
After launch, you have several options: (1) Take the code and run with it yourself, (2) Hire your own team to continue development, (3) Continue working with us on a retainer or project basis. Option 3 is often the easiest route, because we already know the codebase and can move fast. No long-term commitment required.
(14)What commitments do you make?
Only ones we can reliably keep: bugs you report within 30 days of final delivery are fixed at no cost. Scope, dates and acceptance criteria are set in the proposal before the project starts; the agreed fixed price covers exactly that scope.
(15)What are AI agents and how do they differ from chatbots?
AI agents are autonomous digital workers that can independently plan, make decisions, and execute complex workflows. Unlike simple chatbots that only answer questions, agents can: (1) Take multi-step actions, (2) Integrate with your systems (CRM, ERP, databases), (3) Learn and improve over time. Examples: automated research agents, sales qualification agents, or process automation agents.
(16)Do you also offer chatbot development?
Yes! We develop enterprise-grade chatbots with guardrails against hallucinations, multi-language support, and seamless handoff to human support. Our chatbots use the latest LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) and can be integrated into your website, app, or internal tools.
(17)How do you ensure security and GDPR compliance?
Security is built in from the start: OWASP-compliant development, OAuth 2.0/JWT authentication, end-to-end encryption. For data protection: GDPR-compliant architecture with certified providers (SOC 2, ISO 27001) under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, regular security audits. We sign NDA and DPA as needed.
(18)Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Absolutely! We specialize in enterprise API integration: ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), and custom legacy systems. We develop clean REST/GraphQL APIs that connect your systems seamlessly.

Yes. Smaller projects such as SaaS setup (configuring proven tools for your needs), process automation (connecting your tools with Zapier/Make/n8n) and tool integrations usually run in our Setup format, typically within 1–2 weeks. Perfect for smaller businesses or to test the waters before larger investments.
(20)What's the difference between MVP Sprint and Full-Scale Development?
MVP Sprint (goal: about 4 weeks, at the agreed fixed price): Focus on core features, quick go-to-market, validation of the business idea. Includes free bug fixing for 30 days from final delivery. Full-Scale Development (typically 8–16 weeks, at the agreed fixed price): Complete product with all features, scalable architecture, extensive testing, training for your team. We recommend: Start with MVP, collect user feedback, then expand.
(21)What does a project typically cost?
The entry point is a workshop from €1,500. Project prices are defined after scoping, with a proposal within 48 hours.
(22)Why should I hire you instead of a freelancer?
Three reasons: (1) Predictability—our goal is a first MVP in about four weeks, while freelancers often take longer and have availability issues, (2) We offer a complete package: development, design, AI integration, deployment—a freelancer typically covers only one area, (3) We're still available after launch for maintenance and extensions. Plus: No management overhead for you.
(23)Do you also work with no-code tools?
Yes, for smaller projects (Setup format) we use proven SaaS tools and no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Webflow). For MVPs and complex requirements, we develop in code (Next.js, React Native) because it's more flexible, scalable, and cost-effective in the long run.
(24)Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes! After launch, we offer maintenance packages at the agreed monthly price: regular updates, security patches, performance monitoring, bug fixes. Many clients also book development capacity for ongoing feature development. The scope is set out in the contract. You're not left alone after launch.
