Frequently Asked Questions: MVP Sprint

What exactly is included in an MVP Sprint?

An MVP Sprint includes everything you need to launch: requirements analysis and feature prioritization, database design and setup, user authentication and authorization, core feature development, responsive UI/UX design, deployment to production environment, and 2 weeks of priority support. You receive a fully functional, production-ready application built with modern technologies like Next.js, Convex, and Vercel.

How do you decide what features to include?

We follow a rigorous prioritization process in the Discovery phase. Together with you, we identify the absolute core features that define your MVP's value proposition. We use the MoSCoW method (Must-have, Should-have, Could-have, Won't-have) to separate essential features from nice-to-haves. The goal is to build the minimum set of features that allows real users to test your core hypothesis. Additional features can be added after launch based on user feedback.

What if we need changes during the sprint?

We build in flexibility with weekly check-ins and demos. Minor adjustments to existing features can typically be accommodated without impacting the timeline. However, adding new features or major scope changes will be evaluated for their impact on the fixed 4-week timeline and budget. We're transparent about what's possible and will always find the best solution to meet your core objectives while maintaining quality.

Is the MVP production-ready or just a prototype?

Your MVP is fully production-ready, not a prototype. It includes secure authentication, proper database architecture, error handling, responsive design, and professional hosting infrastructure. You can immediately launch to real users and start collecting feedback. The code is clean, documented, and built on a scalable foundation, so you can continue building on it as your product grows. It's real software, not a demo.

What happens after the MVP is delivered?

After delivery, you own all code and intellectual property. We provide 2 weeks of priority support to ensure a smooth launch and address any immediate issues. Many clients choose to continue with us for ongoing development, scaling to our Full-Scale Development offering. Others take the codebase in-house or to another team. We provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to enable whatever path works best for you.

How much does an MVP Sprint cost?

MVP Sprint pricing starts at approximately €15,000-25,000 for a standard 4-week sprint, depending on complexity and feature scope. This fixed-price model eliminates uncertainty and scope creep. The investment includes everything: development, design, deployment, documentation, and 2 weeks of support. Compared to hiring a development team or building in-house, an MVP Sprint offers exceptional value and speed-to-market. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your specific requirements.
