You receive a fully functional, production-ready application built with modern technologies like Next.js, Convex, and Vercel.

We follow a rigorous prioritization process in the Discovery phase. Together with you, we identify the absolute core features that define your MVP's value proposition. We use the MoSCoW method (Must-have, Should-have, Could-have, Won't-have) to separate essential features from nice-to-haves. The goal is to build the minimum set of features that allows real users to test your core hypothesis. Additional features can be added after launch based on user feedback.

We build in flexibility with weekly check-ins and demos. Minor adjustments to existing features can typically be accommodated without impacting the timeline. However, adding new features or major scope changes will be evaluated for their impact on the planned timeframe of about four weeks and the budget. We're transparent about what's possible and will always find the best solution to meet your core objectives while maintaining quality.

Your MVP is fully production-ready, not a prototype. It includes secure authentication, proper database architecture, error handling, responsive design, and professional hosting infrastructure. You can immediately launch to real users and start collecting feedback. The code is clean, documented, and built on a scalable foundation, so you can continue building on it as your product grows. Upon full payment you receive the exclusive rights of use to the project code (Terms and Conditions, section 5). We fix bugs you report within 30 days of final delivery at no cost. After that, you can continue with us in the Build & Support format, take the codebase in-house or hand it to another team. In Build & Support, further development runs in stages, with a demo after each stage. We provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to enable whatever path works best for you.
