Frequently Asked Questions: Training & Onboarding

(01)Who is the training for?
For business teams, managers and developers – we adapt the level and examples to the group. So that everyone can practise hands-on, we work in manageable groups; larger workforces are trained in several rounds.
(02)Which topics can we book?
Typical topics are the safe use of AI in daily work (data protection, limits, sources of error), prompting with models from the Claude, GPT and Gemini families on your own tasks, getting started with newly introduced tools such as CRM or project management, and AI-assisted development for technical teams. We define the exact scope in the needs analysis.
(03)Does this satisfy Article 4 of the AI Act?
Article 4 requires you to make efforts to ensure sufficient AI literacy among your staff. We document content, duration and attendance so that you can evidence this effort. A training cannot promise a particular level of competence, nor does it replace legal advice.
(04)How long does the training take and where does it happen?
As a Workshop, half a day to two days, remotely or on your premises. If a team should be supported over several weeks, for example when onboarding new colleagues, we plan that as Build & Support.
(05)What does a training cost?
We offer workshops at fixed package prices, listed on the workshop page. Multi-week programmes are quoted as a fixed price after scoping, with an offer within 48 hours.
(06)What remains after the training?
Materials and exercises for reference, a recording if you wish and all participants agree, and the attendance documentation. We answer follow-up questions from the training by email for 30 days.
