FAQ — AI Workshop München
(01)What does an AI Workshop in Munich cost?
Fixed price after scoping. Proposal within 48 hours. The exact figure depends on duration, number of participants, and whether you want a live prototype built on your own data. You receive the full scope and price before we begin — no hourly surprises.
(02)How long does the workshop take?
The workshop itself runs for one to two days. If you decide to move forward, a focused MVP typically goes live within four to eight weeks, following the same fixed-price, milestone-based approach.
(03)How is a workshop different from just buying a chatbot?
A chatbot is one possible outcome, not the goal. The workshop first identifies where leading language models (LLMs) create real value across your processes, then validates the best idea with a prototype. That way you invest in the use case with the strongest return, rather than a tool that may not fit your workflow.
(04)Do you need access to our internal data?
For a live prototype it helps to work with realistic examples, but we can start with anonymized or sample data. Any access is scoped to the minimum needed, governed by an agreement, and processed in a GDPR-compliant way with EU hosting or on-premise options.
(05)Is the workshop GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data protection is built in from the start: we use EU-hosted infrastructure, can run fully on-premise where required, and address governance and compliance questions as part of the session so your projects stay GDPR-compliant.
(06)Can the workshop be run remotely or do you come to Munich?
Both. We deliver the workshop on-site in Munich and across the region for hands-on collaboration, or fully remote when that is more practical. Many teams choose an on-site kickoff followed by remote follow-up sessions.
