Opt Out Now – Do Not Sell or Share

Checking your privacy settings...

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

What Does "Sell" and "Share" Mean?

Sale

Under California law, "selling" personal information means disclosing it to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Share

"Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration. When you consent to analytics cookies (like Google Analytics), this may be considered "sharing" under California law because it constitutes disclosure to a third-party provider that could potentially be used for cross-context advertising, even though we do not serve personalized advertising ourselves.

Personal Information of Minors

We take special care to protect the privacy of minors. Our policy regarding the sale and sharing of personal information of consumers under 16 years of age is as follows:

  • Under 13 years old: We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share personal information of children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
  • Ages 13-15: We do not sell or share personal information of consumers between 13 and 15 years of age unless we have received affirmative authorization ("opt-in") from either the consumer or their parent/guardian.
  • 16 years and older: Consumers 16 years of age and older have the same rights as adult consumers and can opt out of sale/sharing using the methods described on this page.

Sensitive Personal Information

Under CPRA, you have additional rights regarding sensitive personal information. We want to be transparent about our practices:

  • We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, precise geolocation, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, sexual orientation, or genetic data.
  • We do not sell or share sensitive personal information for any purpose.
  • We do not use sensitive personal information to make inferences about consumers.

If we were to collect sensitive personal information in the future, you would have the right to limit its use and disclosure to what is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
