(04)Do we need to give you access to our data?
For live demos it helps to use a few of your real documents, but nothing sensitive is required to get value from the workshop. When we move to a build, we agree exactly which systems and data the solution may access, with strict scoping.

Yes. We work GDPR-compliant throughout, can keep all processing within the EU, and offer on-premise options where required. Data protection is treated as a design constraint, not an afterthought.
