FAQ — AI Roadmap Hannover
(01)What exactly do we get from an AI Roadmap?
You receive a prioritized backlog of AI use cases scored by value, effort and risk, a phased implementation plan with timelines and budgets, the data and governance prerequisites — and, unlike a pure strategy deck, a first working solution in production. It's a plan you can act on immediately, not a report that sits on a shelf.
(02)How much does an AI Roadmap cost?
We work on a transparent fixed price. Fixed price after scoping. Proposal within 48 hours. You know the full scope and cost before we begin, with no open-ended consulting hours.
(03)How long does it take?
Most engagements run 4–8 weeks from kickoff to a live first use case. Discovery and prioritization happen in the first week, so you see the ranked roadmap quickly and a working result within weeks rather than months.
(04)How is an AI Roadmap different from just building a chatbot?
A chatbot is one possible use case; an AI Roadmap decides whether a chatbot is even the right first step. We assess your whole process landscape, compare options like document automation, AI agents and internal assistants, and sequence them by impact — so you invest where the return is highest instead of building in isolation.
(05)What data and system access do you need?
For the roadmap itself we mainly need conversations and access to understand your processes. For the MVP we connect only the specific data and systems that use case requires — for example exhibitor records, supplier documents or claims files — with least-privilege access and clear boundaries agreed in advance.
(06)Is the solution GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We design for GDPR from the start, with EU hosting and on-premise options available, least-privilege data access and clear governance rules. This matters especially for Hannover's insurance and healthcare organizations handling sensitive data.
(07)Can you work remotely or do you come to Hannover?
Both. We collaborate remotely with teams across Hannover and the region, and we come on-site for kickoffs, workshops and key milestones whenever that's the most effective way to move the project forward.
