FAQ — AI Workshop Dortmund
(01)What exactly happens in an AI Workshop?
We combine a short, jargon-free overview of what leading language models can do today with hands-on work on your own processes. Together we list candidate use cases, score them on impact and effort, and leave the room with a prioritised roadmap, named owners and a first technical sketch for the strongest idea.
(02)How much does an AI Workshop in Dortmund cost?
Fixed price after scoping. Proposal within 48 hours. You always know the price before we begin — there are no open-ended day rates and no surprises after the session.
(03)How long does it take and what do we get afterwards?
Discovery and the workshop run over the first weeks, and a first MVP is typically live within 4–8 weeks. Afterwards you hold a documented, prioritised roadmap plus, if you choose, a working prototype built around one of your real use cases.
(04)How is a workshop different from just buying a chatbot?
A chatbot is one possible outcome, not the starting point. The workshop first clarifies where AI actually creates value in your operations — which might be claims triage, document checks or routing — so you invest in the right solution instead of bolting a generic chatbot onto the wrong process.
(05)Do you need access to our data and systems?
Not for the workshop itself — we work from process descriptions and examples. Data access only becomes relevant when we build the prototype, and we scope exactly which systems are touched, using read-only or sandboxed access wherever possible.
(06)Is everything GDPR-compliant and can you work remotely?
Yes. We design every use case to be GDPR-compliant, with EU hosting and on-premise options for sensitive data common in Dortmund's insurance and healthcare sectors. The workshop runs on-site in Dortmund or fully remote, and ongoing collaboration is handled remotely to keep things efficient.
