Training your teams on new technologies

New technologies are only valuable if your team masters them. We offer customized trainings and onboarding programs for your developers, Product Managers, and technical teams. From basics workshops through deep dives into specific technologies to best practices for modern development. Practical, interactive, and tailored to your specific use cases. Remote or on-site possible. Article 4 of the AI Act obliges companies to take measures that support the AI literacy of their staff; since the Digital Omnibus (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744) this is a duty of effort. We document content, duration and attendance so you can evidence that effort — a training course cannot promise a particular level of competence.

## How we work on it

- Workshop — ½–2 days · three fixed prices: A facilitated session that ends with a ranked list of your projects.
- Build & Support — after scoping, ongoing · fixed price after scoping; support billed monthly: We build the project out and stay alongside you once it is live.

- Needs analysis up front: prior knowledge, roles and use cases
- Workshop of half a day to two days, remote or on site
- Exercises on your own tasks and tools instead of textbook examples
- Training materials and playbooks for reference
- Recording on request, provided all participants agree
- Attendance documentation (content, duration, participants) as evidence under Article 4 AI Act
- 30 days of follow-up questions by email after the training

- Certification or a promised level of competence
- Setup or development of the tools being taught (see Setup services)
- Legal advice on the AI Act

- **prep — Needs Analysis**: Short survey of prior knowledge and use cases, from which we build agenda and exercises
- **T1 — Foundations & Practice**: Introduction and exercises on your own tasks, step by step
- **T2 — Deep Dive**: In the two-day format: advanced exercises, edge cases and team rules
- **+3d — Materials & Evidence**: Materials, recording where agreed, and attendance documentation
