### How it runs

- **W1 — Sprint: Design & Planning**: UI/UX concept, user flows and technical architecture; selection of the core workflow for the beta
- **W2-3 — Sprint: Build the core app**: Cross-platform development of the most important workflow, backend connection and authentication; demo at the end of every week
- **W4 — Sprint: Beta on test devices**: Device testing and distribution of the runnable beta via TestFlight and Google Play internal testing to selected testers
- **Build — Build & Support: Expansion & store launch**: Further features such as AI integration, offline mode and push in stages with a demo after each stage; then App Store and Play Store submission and monitoring

### FAQ

**Do you build for both iOS and Android?**

Yes. We build with React Native and Expo, so one codebase serves both platforms. For performance-critical apps we also build fully native in Swift or Kotlin.

**Can you integrate AI features into mobile apps?**

Yes. We integrate computer vision, natural language processing, recommendation engines and custom ML models, connecting models such as Claude, GPT or Gemini, or your own or locally running models where needed.

**Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?**

Yes, we manage the entire submission process including account setup, compliance review, metadata optimization, and handling rejections. We stay up to date with current store guidelines throughout.

**How do app updates work?**

We use over-the-air (OTA) updates for non-native changes, allowing instant updates without app store review. Major updates go through the standard store approval process.

**Is backend development included?**

The app backend (API, database, authentication, cloud services) is included in the Mobile Apps service. Only separate backend projects for existing systems or standalone API development are not in scope – for that we offer our Enterprise API Platform service.
