## FAQ

**Which format is right for us?**

Light Discovery (½ day remote, €1,500) for initial overview. Strategy Day (1 day, €2,500) for roadmap & prioritization. Prototyping Sprint (2 days onsite, €4,500) for working POCs and Go/No-Go decision.

**What data do you need from us?**

Only anonymized or synthetic sample data – no production data. We send a template beforehand for 2-3 representative sample datasets. NDA before workshop start, GDPR compliant.

**What concrete deliverables do we get?**

Top 3 use cases with ROI matrix, 1-2 clickable prototypes, 30/60/90-day plan with assigned owners, GitHub repo with code & notebooks, architecture blueprint as Miro board.

**Which AI models do you use?**

We work with the current frontier models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT) and Google (Gemini). Google AI Studio is one of the development environments we use. Model selection is based on your use cases.

**What are the cancellation terms?**

Up to 14 days before: Free rescheduling or 100% refund. 7-14 days before: Rescheduling possible, 50% for cancellation. Under 7 days: No refund, rescheduling for additional fee.
