# AI Strategy & Prototyping Workshop

No lecture-style training – real work. We bring senior engineers and strategists together to analyze your processes, prioritize top 3 use cases, and prototype first solutions directly in the workshop – from notebooks to clickable demos.

We skip the theory and go straight to practice. Day 1: Use case mining, model selection (Claude, GPT, Gemini), RAG architecture & vector setup, feasibility radar & ROI matrix. Day 2: Rapid prototyping with live coding, prompt engineering session, Go/No-Go pilot decision, roadmap with budget & owners. You leave with working demos, not to-do lists.

## Perfect For

For companies wanting to start AI initiatives but needing clarity on feasibility and ROI. For teams needing to align IT and business. For decision-makers wanting quick validation before major investments.

## Benefits

- Top 3 use cases with feasibility & ROI matrix

- 1-2 clickable prototypes (Notebook/Figma/Live app)

- 30/60/90-day plan with owners & budget

- Go/No-Go pilot decision at workshop end

## How we work on it

- Workshop — ½–2 days · three fixed prices: A facilitated session that ends with a ranked list of your projects.

### Included

- Use Case Discovery & Mapping
- Technology Selection (Models, Vectors)
- Feasibility Radar
- ROI Matrix & Prioritization
- Rapid Prototyping (Low-Code/Code)
- Prompt Engineering Session
- 30/60/90-Day Roadmap
- Documentation & Architecture Blueprint

### Not included

- Implementation and development
- Ongoing support after the follow-up
- Data migration

### Data and security

- NDA before workshop start (standard or your template)
- Only anonymized/synthetic sample data – no production data
- GDPR compliant: No PII, no logging to third-party systems
- All prototypes run locally or in your cloud environment
- API keys & access deleted after workshop
- What we need upfront: 2-3 representative sample datasets (anonymized), access to relevant systems (optional), your use case hypotheses (we send template)

### Cancellation & Rebooking

- Up to 14 days before: Free rebooking or 100% refund
- 7-14 days before: Rebooking possible, 50% for cancellation
- Under 7 days: No refund, rebooking with surcharge

### How it runs

- **-1W — Preparation**: Pre-read questionnaire, tech check, anonymized data samples, 30-min alignment call
- **T1 — Discovery & Architecture**: Use case mining, model selection, RAG architecture, feasibility radar & ROI matrix
- **T2 — Prototyping & Decision**: Live coding, prompt engineering, demo testing, go/no-go pilot decision & roadmap
- **+3d — Follow-up**: Documentation, recording, GitHub repo, architecture blueprint, roadmap with owners

### FAQ

**Who owns the code and prototypes?**

Upon full payment you receive the exclusive rights of use to everything we build for you in the workshop – code, prompts, architecture designs (Terms and Conditions, section 5). You get the complete GitHub repo and all notebooks.

**What do we need to prepare?**

Little, but important: 2-3 anonymized sample datasets, access to relevant systems (optional), your use case hypotheses. We send a checklist and template 1 week before. A 30-min call clarifies the agenda.

**Who should participate?**

Optimal: 1 decision-maker (Product/Biz) with budget authority, 1-2 domain experts (who know the problem), 1 technical lead (for IT questions). Maximum group size: 8 people for effective work.

**Remote or onsite – what's better?**

Light Discovery works perfectly remote. Strategy Day: Remote works well, onsite is more intensive. Prototyping Sprint: We strongly recommend onsite – pair programming, whiteboard sessions, and spontaneous iterations are far more effective in person.

**What happens after the workshop?**

Within 3 business days you receive: Complete documentation, workshop recording, GitHub repo with all code, architecture blueprint, prioritized roadmap with owners & budget. Optional: We can implement the pilot right after – usually as an MVP Sprint.

**How do you handle our data?**

GDPR compliant and secure. We only work with anonymized/synthetic sample data – never production data in the workshop. NDA before start (your template or ours). All prototypes run locally or in your cloud. API keys are deleted after workshop, no logging to third parties.

**How much does an AI project cost at Context Studios?**

The entry point is a workshop from €1,500. Project prices follow scoping, the proposal arrives within 48 hours. Every project is quoted as a fixed price after a free initial call and scoping — no hidden costs.

**Which workshops have a fixed price?**

Three workshops: Light Discovery (Half day (4 h), remote): €1,500 net; Strategy Day (1 day (8 h), remote or on-site): €2,500 net; Prototyping Sprint (2 days, on-site recommended): €4,500 net. The workshop is the entry point to every project.

**How does the pricing model work?**

Workshops have prices, projects have scoping. After scoping you receive a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours. A Sprint takes 4 weeks; the goal is a working MVP whose scope we agree together during scoping.

**Do you offer fixed pricing or hourly rates?**

Fixed prices. You know the price before we start. Larger programmes are split into fixed-price milestones.

**What payment methods do you accept?**

Bank transfer (SEPA) and credit card; we meet your accounts department’s invoicing requirements. Typically 50 % upfront, the remainder on completion.

**What happens if the project scope changes?**

Minor changes are absorbed within the existing budget. Significant changes are discussed transparently and re-quoted as an updated fixed price before we proceed.
