### FAQ

**What does AI Consulting include?**

Our AI consulting provides strategic guidance and technical expertise for your AI initiatives. We conduct comprehensive assessments of your current capabilities, identify high-value AI use cases, develop actionable roadmaps, and provide hands-on support during implementation. This includes technology stack recommendations, architecture design, vendor selection, ROI analysis, and change management guidance.

**How do you identify the right AI use cases for us?**

We use a structured approach combining business impact analysis with technical feasibility assessment. Our process includes stakeholder workshops to understand pain points, process mapping to identify automation opportunities, data readiness evaluation, and ROI modeling. We prioritize use cases based on business value, implementation complexity, time-to-value, and strategic alignment with your goals.

**What ROI can we expect from AI initiatives?**

ROI depends heavily on the use case, your data situation and your industry; blanket percentages say little about it. We therefore calculate it separately for each recommended use case: cost estimates for implementation and ongoing operations, the expected benefits, and the metrics you use to verify them after launch. Before budget approval we set out which assumptions the calculation rests on and at what point they stop holding.

**How long does an AI consulting engagement take?**

It depends on scope and goals. The entry point is a workshop (½–2 days) that ends with a rated list of your initiatives. Ongoing support during implementation and operation is agreed after scoping in the Build & Support format, from individual advisory sessions to a longer engagement. Duration and scope are set out in the proposal you receive within 48 hours of scoping.

**Do you also implement the recommended solutions?**

Yes, afterwards as a separate format. The consulting itself delivers decisions, architecture and an implementation plan; you then book the implementation as a sprint (four weeks on one clear goal) or as build & support for larger projects. That keeps the consulting independent, and you decide whether and with whom to implement only once the plan is ready.
