What happens during the 30-minute discovery call?

We walk through your vision, target audience, and existing systems. By the end you get a rough estimate for scope, fixed price, and timeline — with no obligation.

What should I prepare before the call?

One sentence about your target audience, three to five core features, and a target launch date are enough. Mockups or wireframes are not required.

When do I receive a concrete proposal?

Within 48 hours of the call. The proposal covers features, fixed price, tech stack, week-by-week schedule, and payment terms.

Is the discovery call really free and non-binding?

Yes. If we are not the right fit, we are happy to recommend other Berlin studios from our network.

## Response times

We usually answer first-time inquiries from the form or email by the next business day. Existing clients can also reach their dedicated contact via the agreed project channel, for example Slack.

## What happens after you send your message

Once your inquiry arrives, we read the brief ourselves and propose a slot for a 30-minute discovery call within 48 hours. On the call we sharpen goals, target audience and technical constraints — no pitch deck. A written proposal follows within two business days, covering scope, fixed price, tech stack and a week-by-week timeline. If the proposal fits, we move to contract and kickoff; the first sprint usually starts within ten business days of signature.

## Availability and languages

Our office is at Kaiser-Friedrich-Str. 6 in Berlin-Charlottenburg and is staffed Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 17:00 CET. On-site workshops in Berlin, Potsdam and the greater Brandenburg area come without travel surcharge; for sessions in Munich, Hamburg, Cologne or Frankfurt we typically plan two weeks ahead. We run engagements in German, English, French and Italian — the working language is set during kickoff together with your team. For cross-border projects we add multilingual minutes and translate deliverables into all four languages on request.
